Job summary

Randstad is seeking an experienced WHS professional to oversee and implement health and safety management systems in line with NSW legislation and company policies. You will conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments and SWMS reviews for major subcontractors, and manage high-risk construction activities such as crane operations, deep excavation and edge protection.

You will lead site inductions, toolbox talks and incident investigations, fostering a collaborative safety culture among site

Qualifications

• Oversee health and safety management systems in line with NSW legislation.

• Review Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) for high-risk activities.
• Lead incident investigations and toolbox talks.
