Job summary

Fetch Recruitment Pty is seeking experienced HSEQ Advisors (Intermediate or Senior) to join our client on multiple Energy and Infrastructure projects around Adelaide. This site-based role may roam across projects and requires willingness to travel as needed.

You will monitor and implement HSEQ policies, conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments, provide staff training, and investigate incidents to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have proven HSEQ experience in civil infrastructure (min 2 years).
• Tertiary qualification in Health, Safety, Environment, or related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Australian HSEQ standards and legislation.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drugs, alcohol and fitness test.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and implement HSEQ policies and procedures across civil infrastructure and energy projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on health, safety, and environmental best practices.
• Investigate and report incidents, ensuring lessons learned are integrated into future practices.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in line with company and legislative requirements.
