Job summary

The Quality Advisor role at BMD Group's Charmhaven WWTP upgrade invites you to join a site-based team on the Central Coast, ensuring works meet quality requirements, specs and standards. Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (essential).
• Experience in civil construction, utilities or infrastructure projects.
• Exposure to quality systems, inspections and site documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work closely with site teams and subcontractors.
• Based on (or willing to relocate to) the Central Coast region.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of the Quality Management Plan (QMP) and ITPs.
• Assist with site inspections, surveillance and quality verification activities.
• Maintain accurate lot records, registers and quality documentation.
• Assist in preparing NCRs and corrective actions with the project team.
• Ensure works align with project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate quality documentation from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support quality reporting and compliance tracking.
• Identify non-conformances and escalates as required.
• Promote a proactive, site-based quality culture.
