Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services Pty Ltd in Victoria is seeking Site and Project Engineers for Civil and Structural infrastructure based on-site in Leongatha. The roles involve supporting senior engineering leadership with packages, inspection oversight and delivery controls.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil or Structural Engineering degree, have 2–5 years of major construction experience, and possess Australian licences/White Card.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with eligibility for Engineers Australia.
• 2+ years of major construction or infrastructure experience for site engineer; 5+ years for project engineer.
• Knowledge of site execution, digital QA/QC systems, ITPs and Australian Standards.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, project controls and technical interfaces.
• Current Australian driver licence and Construction White Card.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site activities, subcontractors and assigned packages.
• Manage inspection plans, lot close-outs, RFIs, NCRs and test records.
• Monitor work programmes, progress and construction methods.
• Interpret permanent and temporary works designs and resolve field issues.
• Assist procurement, claims, variations, cost tracking and progress valuations.
• Review risk assessments and safe work methods and support environmental compliance.
