Job summary

CSL Behring seeks a proactive Site Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in Broadmeadows, Australia. You will manage end-to-end procurement for site operations, collaborate with suppliers, and ensure material availability, quality and cost effectiveness.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement Operations, you will monitor supplier performance, support contracts implementation, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining regulatory compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant technical discipline.
• 3-5 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or production planning.
• Experience managing suppliers and implementing procurement contracts.
• Purchasing experience is a must and SAP experience is preferred.

• Manage the purchasing of goods and services required for site operations.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and DIFOT performance.
• Implement procurement agreements and resolve supplier or supply issues.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier performance data in SAP and other systems.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support inventory optimization, cost savings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to forecast demand and plan procurement requirements.
• Manage urgent escalations to minimize supply risk and protect production continuity.

Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement and supply of raw materials that support site operations and manufacturing activities. You will work closely with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure material availability, resolve supply risks and drive timely execution of procurement activities while ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, supplier performance, and regulatory compliance.

This is an onsite role which is based in Broadmeadows.

About the Role

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
