Job summary

Quick Hire Staffing seeks a site supervisor to lead mission setup, staffing, and inspector training across our sites in Australia. You will maintain relationships with customers and site personnel, communicate with stakeholders daily, and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety rules.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic Excel, and the ability to work independently while supporting a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English.
• Computer skills – Microsoft Office.
• Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Daily communications with various stakeholders at the site level.
• Set up and supervise missions; staffing of missions.
• Training and validate inspectors; coordinate changes in missions.
• Inspectors time entered, monitored and approved; create 5S working environment.
• Update daily system entries; create and maintain reports and audits.
• Troubleshoot with supplier and customer regarding process flow and documentation.
