Randstad in Parramatta, NSW is seeking a Site Operations Manager for a full-time temp contract until April 2027. You will oversee the delivery, installation, and daily management of temporary infrastructure at the count centre site while enforcing WHS standards and safety protocols.

Lead external suppliers and contractors to ensure SLA compliance, manage site movement plans, and track build costs with thorough documentation.

About the Role

Our client is a NSW government organisation based in Parramatta NSW. They are currently seeking a Site Operations Manager to join them as soon as possible on a full-time temp contract until April 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery, installation, daily management, and quality control of temporary infrastructure at the count centre site.
• Implement and enforce WHS standards, risk assessments, venue security, emergency response protocols, and overall site safety.
• Act as the main operational contact for external suppliers, service providers, and contractors, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Develop site movement plans, daily run sheets, traffic/parking flow, and site access signage.
• Track build costs to optimize efficiency without sacrificing quality, while maintaining all site permits, logs, and compliance documentation.
• Direct bump-out operations, ensuring safe removal of infrastructure and complete site restoration.

Site Operations Manager | Parramatta

• Paying $800-$1,000 daily
• On-site location in Parramatta
• Full-time temp contract until April 2027

Key Requirements

• Proven track record of managing large, complex site operations within tight, immovable deadlines.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
• Current WHS certification and First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain), with a strong understanding of site safety laws and hazard management.
• Outstanding stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills across internal teams and external vendors.
• Satisfactory criminal history check required.
• Candidates must have no current or recent affiliations with political parties, candidates, elected members, donors, or registered lobbyists that could compromise strict political neutrality.
