Job summary

Sherridon Homes, part of the Mirrastone Group, is seeking Site Managers for regional Victoria projects across Shepparton, Benalla, Wangaratta and Yarrawonga. The role focuses on turning plans into finished homes, coordinating trades, and keeping builds on schedule with a strong client focus.

You will join a supportive team, with training and mentorship provided, and a fully scoped role involving safety, quality workmanship and proactive problem solving on site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trades, subcontractors and construction schedules.
• Deliver quality homes within set timeframes.

• Check workmanship at each construction stage.
• Build relationships with clients and provide regular updates.
• Monitor costs and changes beyond schedule (ETS).
• Work with Construction Manager to keep projects on track.

Your role

You’ll help turn plans into homes, keeping construction moving and clients informed along the way.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Coordinating trades, subcontractors and construction schedules
• Delivering quality homes within agreed timeframes
• Maintaining safe sites and meeting occupational health and safety requirements
• Checking workmanship throughout each stage of construction
• Building strong relationships with clients and providing regular updates
• Monitoring and controlling extra to schedule, ETS, costs
• Working closely with your Construction Manager to resolve issues and keep projects on track
