The Role

Depending on the opportunity, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day site delivery of commercial construction projects or major project packages valued at $20M+.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
• Monitoring construction programs, milestones and daily site activities
• Maintaining strong safety, quality assurance and site compliance practices
• Working closely with Project Managers and construction leadership teams
• Identifying potential issues and implementing practical solutions to maintain progress
• Managing site resources, sequencing and coordination across multiple trades
• Maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders throughout delivery
