Job summary

Mirrastone Group in Melbourne’s south‑east is seeking an experienced Site Manager to supervise multiple residential builds from start to finish. You’ll coordinate trades, uphold safety standards, and ensure high quality across all sites while keeping clients informed throughout the journey.

• Experience managing multiple sites within volume residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of the building process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality homes within agreed timeframes.

We’re seeking an experienced, organized and motivated Site Manager to oversee multiple residential builds across Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs.

You’ll manage construction from start to finish, coordinating trades, maintaining quality and safety standards, and keeping clients informed throughout their building journey.
