We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and driven executive to join Strategic Collision Repair Group Pty Ltd as a Site Manager. In this role, you will oversee one of our operations in the Unanderra area, ensuring the delivery of high-quality repair services, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for meeting weekly financial forecasts, ensuring that the site consistently achieves its financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, cost control, and profitability targets, ensuring the site meets financial goals.
• Team Management: Lead, and motivate a skilled team of technicians, ensuring that they meet and exceed performance, production and revenue.
• Customer Service: Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients, including insurance companies, fleet operators, and individual vehicle owners, ensuring that service delivery aligns with SCRG's high standards.
• Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, including workflow scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory management to ensure smooth and efficient site operations.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all site operations adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
