Job summary

Metricon Homes, Australia's leading home builder, is seeking an experienced Residential Site Manager to join the Adelaide Construction team. You will own multiple builds, work with top trades, and drive projects from slab to handover while delivering safety, on-time delivery, and exceptional quality.

Reporting to the Building Manager, you will coordinate subcontractors, monitor schedules, maintain high standards, and maintain strong relationships with customers, trades, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Residential Site Manager.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and building regulations.
• Experience managing subcontractor performance and construction schedules.
• Knowledge of OH&S legislation and quality assurance processes.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end construction of multiple residential homes.
• Ensure on-time delivery, defect-free and to quality standards.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Drive site productivity while maintaining safety and compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Manage timelines and proactively resolve issues.
• Build relationships with trades, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Communicate with customers throughout their build journey.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and OH&S policies.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from slab to handover.

• Managing the end-to-end construction process of multiple residential homes
• Ensuring homes are delivered on time, defect‑free and to Metricon's quality standards

• Driving site productivity while maintaining safety and compliance standards
• Conducting regular site inspections and quality checks
• Managing construction timelines and resolving issues proactively
• Building strong relationships with trades, suppliers and stakeholders
• Communicating regularly with customers throughout their build journey
• Ensuring compliance with all building regulations, OH&S requirements and company policies
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience from slab to handover; and
• Conducting customer walkthroughs, home demonstrations and final key handovers.

• Proven experience as a Residential Site Manager
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building regulations and residential construction practices
• Experience managing subcontractor performance and construction schedules
• Knowledge of OH&S legislation and quality assurance processes
