Arden Homes in Victoria is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead the on-site delivery of 10–12 new homes across multiple sites, ensuring safety, quality and schedules are met. You will coordinate trades, material flow and site logistics to maintain progress and client expectations.

You will apply your residential building knowledge, supervise trades, inspect workmanship, and liaise with customers and councils.

Qualifications

• Must hold Building Trade qualifications and experience in residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of residential building methods, materials, and standards.
• Ability to identify defects proactively and ensure smooth delivery.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end ownership of 10–12 home builds across multiple sites.
• Coordinate materials and trades to keep construction on schedule.
• Inspect workmanship to maintain high quality across dwellings.
• Champion site safety and ensure compliance with WH&S legislation.
• Liaise with customers and councils, completing required documentation.
• Capture weekly construction photos and provide updates to clients.

About the opportunity:
You will be a valued member of the Arden Homes Construction team and report to the Area Manager. The key focus of this role is to manage the construction of homes across multiple sites and delivery homes that exceed our customers’ expectations. More specifically, you will:
• Manage end to end ownership of 10–12 home builds, ensuring each project progresses safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Coordinate materials and trades across multiple job sites to keep construction moving smoothly and on schedule.
• Inspect workmanship to maintain consistently high quality across all dwellings.
• Champion safety on site by ensuring all trades comply with company processes and WH&S legislation.
• Liaise with customers and councils as needed, completing all required documentation to support an exceptional project delivery experience.
• Capture weekly construction photos and updates to keep clients informed through their online portals.

About you:
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will have:
• Building Trade qualifications and experience in residential building, supervising or project management
• Knowledge of the basic methods, practices, tools, materials and work standards related to the building of residential homes
• Ability to identify and resolve defects proactively, ensuring smooth project delivery
• Outstanding communication, planning, and organizational skills to manage multiple trades and suppliers effectively
• Full drivers license
