Randstad is partnering with a highly respected Head Contractor in Sydney to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a high‑quality amenities new build valued at AUD 7 million. You will oversee all site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.

The role requires broad technical knowledge across structural, carpentry, joinery, and fit‑out, with a proven track record on commercial projects over AUD 2 million. A supportive, growth‑oriented workplace is offered.

About the Role

This is an opportunity for an experienced Site Manager ready to take full ownership of a high‑quality amenities new build project valued at $7 million AUD—starting within the next two weeks. The build includes both structural and civil components (including bulk and detailed earthworks), offering you variety and challenge on site.

You’ll be overseeing all site activities from start to finish, managing subcontractors, maintaining compliance with the BCA, and ensuring the smooth delivery of the project on time and within budget.

This role is ideally suited to someone with broad technical knowledge—structural, carpentry, joinery, and fit‑out experience—and a track record of successful delivery on commercial new builds over $2 million.

An aligned portfolio might include:

• Schools, NSW public works, Amenities upgrades / change rooms, Hospital ,Medical, Aged Care, Fire Station and Police station New builds.
• University upgrades and fit‑outs
• High-spec aged care developments
• Multi‑purpose gyms and community infrastructure

Key Responsibilities
