Job summary

ROUSSOS Recruitment partners with an established South Australian developer-builder to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a mixed-use, multi-storey development in Prospect, SA. You will own the day-to-day site delivery, overseeing construction programme, safety, quality and performance from commencement through to handover.

• Experience delivering multi-storey commercial or mixed-use projects.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate complex site activities.
• Strong knowledge of WHS, quality assurance and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities across a multi-storey development.
• Manage subcontractors, trades and suppliers to maintain productivity.
• Drive construction programmes, sequencing and milestones.
• Oversee site logistics, resource allocation and short-term planning.
• Coordinate site meetings, inspections and subcontractor activities.
• Liaise with consultants, clients and key project stakeholders.
• Identify construction risks and resolving site issues proactively.
• Oversee defects, commissioning and handover of the project.
