Job summary

Tassal Group is seeking a Site Manager to lead the crew in our Western Zone of aquaculture, driving safe, sustainable farming and ensuring operations run smoothly on a Monday to Friday roster.

You will lead daily marine farming operations, manage biomass and infrastructure, oversee costs and compliance, and support fish health and welfare while building trust across operations, support teams and the local community.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in aquaculture or marine farming.
• Demonstrated safety leadership and incident prevention.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Ability to interpret reports and use systems to monitor performance.
