Job summary

Bunnings is seeking a Site Manager to lead daily operations, sales and high-volume stock management for a busy store. You’ll report to the Regional Manager and oversee 120+ team members across departments, with support from Assistant Site Managers and Department Managers.

You’ll develop local strategies, monitor customer service levels, and coordinate with Commercial Sales, Distribution, Fulfilment and Support Office to optimise stock, safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage performance and develop teams.
• Adapt quickly in a fast-moving retail environment.
• Genuine passion for Customer Experience, Leadership & Retail.

Responsibilities

• Foster a high-performing leadership team through coaching and development.
• Drive safety, compliance, and wellbeing in the warehouse.
• Own warehouse EBIT; oversee sales growth, margins, and costs.
• Identify opportunities to drive sales and growth.
• Lead stock control including shrink reduction and stocktakes.
