Job summary

Seek seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead our Industrial Cleaning and Laundry Operations at a major smelter site. You will drive operations, safety, and client satisfaction while mentoring a large frontline team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing industrial cleaning, mining, smelter, or heavy industry operations.
• Experience leading large teams (30+ employees).
• Strong leadership, people-management and communication skills.
• Experience with recruitment, rostering, payroll/timesheet approval, and performance management.
• Excellent organisational and administration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a workforce of 50+ employees.
• Coordinate Leading Hands and supervise operations across site.
• Recruit, onboard, train and evaluate staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure safety, client satisfaction, and contractual service levels.
• Develop rosters, review timesheets, and manage payroll information.
• Maintain budgets and monitor labour costs.
• Attend client meetings and report performance.
