Job summary

Millennium Services Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily operations at a large cleaning site. You will lead the onsite team, coordinate rostering, schedule tasks to meet service levels and maintain high cleaning standards for the client.

You’ll drive safety, training and performance, while building strong client relationships and ensuring smooth day-to-day administration and reporting.

We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Site Manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional service, leading by example, and creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Roster: Friday to Wednesday | 7.6 hours per day

Rostered Days Off: Thursday and Friday

What You'll Be Doing

As the Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring high cleaning standards, supporting your team, and delivering outstanding service to our client.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating and supporting the onsite cleaning team.
• Planning daily workloads and allocating tasks to ensure service levels and deadlines are met.
• Conducting regular quality inspections and spot checks to maintain high cleaning standards.
• Training, onboarding and coaching team members on cleaning techniques, safety procedures and site requirements.
• Building a positive team culture while managing performance and resolving issues professionally.
• Maintaining strong client relationships by responding promptly to requests and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring compliance with Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Reporting incidents, hazards and maintenance issues accurately and in a timely manner.
• Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and ensuring cleaning equipment is well maintained.
• Safely handling and using cleaning chemicals in accordance with SDS guidelines and dilution requirements.
• Managing site documentation, rosters and day-to-day administrative tasks.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and passionate about leading teams.

You'll bring:

• Previous experience managing commercial cleaning operations.
• Experience leading teams in retail or large commercial environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
• Experience managing large, fast-paced sites.
• Good computer skills, including experience with rostering and basic reporting systems.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• The ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing operational needs.
• A hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment and safe chemical handling.
