Job summary

W Talent is seeking an experienced Site Manager or senior Foreman to lead a live Queensland project in the Yarrabilba growth area, with a clear progression path across Defence, Health, Education, Retail and more. A long-term pipeline awaits beyond a four-month school build.

The role requires setting up the site in week one, driving safety, ITPs, quality control and tight paperwork under a supportive leadership team, and leveraging Procore on live-site records.

Qualifications

• Site management on commercial projects preferred
• Foreman experience with leadership potential considered
• Knowledge of safety programs, ITPs and quality processes required

Responsibilities

• Set the job up in week one and hold trades to dates
• Lead safety, run ITPs and quality, manage paperwork efficiently
• Work with Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Foreman to share responsibility
