Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking experienced Site Managers for defence fit out and refurbishment projects across Sydney. You will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard on multiple secure defence facilities.

The role requires proven site management experience in commercial fit outs, with essential DCAC clearance and ideally NV1/NV2; defence project exposure is highly regarded.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial fit out and refurbishment projects.
• WHS awareness and quality control experience.

About the Role We are currently seeking experienced Site Managers for multiple defence fit out and refurbishment projects across Sydney.

Working with an established contractor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial fit out and refurbishment projects.
• Current DCAC clearance is essential.
• NV1 or NV2 security clearance highly regarded.
• Previous experience working on defence projects preferred.
• Strong subcontractor management and programming skills.
• Ability to manage works within live and secure environments.
• Strong understanding of WHS requirements.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
