Job summary

Lead Group are recruiting a Site Manager to join a large national fit out business delivering premium commercial interiors in Sydney CBD. This permanent on-site role will see you lead a team of site managers and leading hands on high-end multi-level projects, with a focus on safety, program and finish.

You'll run daily site activities, coordinate trades, work with designers to realise design intent, and maintain project momentum.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ site management experience in commercial fit out.
• Experience on high end, multi level fit outs, including stairs and stairwells.
• A genuine safety first mindset.
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Running your site day to day and coordinating all trades through to a premium finish.
• Driving a safety first culture with an all trades HSEQ approach.
• Delivering complex elements, including interconnecting stairs and stairwells.
• Working closely with designers to bring design intent to life on site.
• Keeping projects on program through clear communication with PMs, CAs and trades.
• Solving problems on the ground and representing the business professionally.

The role

This is a permanent site role for someone who sets high standards and delivers on them. You’ll run premium commercial fit outs across the CBD, working alongside a team of site managers and leading hands.

You’ll be the key person on site, making sure every project is delivered safely, on program and to a premium finish.
