Job summary

Lead Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a Tier 3 commercial builder in Sydney. The role oversees fast-paced fit-out and refurbishment projects with a mix of commercial and light industrial works, primarily CBD workload and Western Sydney coverage.

You will report to the Project Manager, work with Contract Administrators and a Procurement Manager, liaise with clients, building management, and stakeholders, and lead on-site operations from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Proven Site Manager experience in commercial fit out or refurbishment.
• Experience working on CBD sites, including occupied buildings.
• Professional, well presented and confident with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong with technology, including Procore, site sign-on systems, marking up drawings and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day site operations from start to completion.
• Report to the Project Manager and senior leadership team.
• Work alongside Contract Administrators and a dedicated Procurement Manager.
• Liaise with clients, building management and stakeholders.

Lead Group are looking for a site manager for a well established and financially solid Tier 3 commercial builder with a strong reputation across Sydney paying a salary of up to $185K + Super

With a large pipeline of secured work and multiple projects kicking off, the business is expanding and looking to add another experienced Site Manager to its growing team.

They already have a strong team of Site Managers in the business, with hands on directors who are regularly on site and a supportive, collaborative culture. This is a genuine long term role with real opportunities for growth and progression as the company continues to expand.
