Job summary

JV Crash Automotive Group's ME Dale Crash Repair site in St Marys is seeking a Site Manager to oversee workshop operations, ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

You will organise teams, manage workflow, schedule production, drive KPIs, and lead a culture of safety and quality. Trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting is desirable, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting is desirable.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive structures and body repair methods.
• Commitment to workplace safety, productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight and daily production of the workshop
• Organise teams and manage workflow
• Coordinate production scheduling to ensure targets are met
• Ensure repairs are completed to scope and within timeframes
• Coach and develop team members to improve capability and productivity
• Conduct final quality inspections and sign off completed repairs
• Monitor and achieve KPIs and monthly production targets
• Complying to health and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
