Job summary

Cornerstone is recruiting a Site Manager to lead day-to-day site delivery on a nine-storey concrete structure in Gosford for a $40M integrated healthcare and commercial project. You will report to the Project Manager and oversee construction through Level 1 formwork with approximately 16 months remaining on the programme.

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage look-ahead planning and ensure safety and quality to achieve on-time delivery.

Site Manager | Developer-Builder | $40M Integrated Healthcare & Commercial Project | Gosford

A well-established developer-builder with over 20 years' experience is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join the delivery team on a $40M integrated healthcare and commercial development in Gosford.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day site delivery on a nine-storey concrete structure currently at Level 1 formwork, with approximately 16 months remaining on the programme.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Driving the construction programme and maintaining look-ahead planning.
• Managing structure through to façade, services and warm-shell delivery.
• Coordinating subcontractors and holding trades accountable for programme, quality and safety.
• Leading site teams and maintaining a safe, organised and productive site.
• Working closely with the Project Manager, Project Director and wider delivery team.
• Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders.

About You
