Job summary

Longreach Recruitment | Experts In Property, Construction, Real Estate And Design, a WA-based boutique builder in Fremantle, seeks a Site Manager to deliver a $9m storage facility in Kewdale, taking full ownership of the day-to-day site management and project delivery on this industrial unit project.

The role requires a strong commercial construction background on similar projects, tilt panel ticket, white card, and excellent communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have tilt panel ticket.
• Strong commercial construction background on similar projects.
• With a strong understanding of trades, you will have demonstrated the ability to deliver high-quality projects with a key eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills with people at all levels.
• Strong tenure with previous employer.
• White card.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day site management and project delivery on the $9m storage facility.

As a boutique builder based in Fremantle, they pride themselves on their tight-knit team and ability to deliver projects to the highest standard each time.

They are currently looking for a Site Manager to deliver a $9m storage facility in Kewdale taking full ownership of the day to day site management and project delivery. The project involves building an industrial unitand is mainly structural steel, concrete slab and some civil works.
