Job description

Take over a $10 million school build just out of the ground.

You will run a technically complex multi-storey project for a mid-tier builder with Queensland awards track record since 2013. The previous Site Manager is returning to a partner business, so you inherit early works and build the job from structure upwards.

Live school environment, so staging, student interface, noise and access management are constant through the build.

What you get:

• The builder tenders to protect a five-day week, so Saturday work is the exception rather than the rule.
• You are coming in early, just out of the ground, so you shape the job rather than inheriting someone else's mess.
• Strong support team in place means you run the build, not the administration.

What you need:

• Site Manager background delivering multi-storey commercial or education projects
• Technical capability with structural systems, infills or refurbishment works
• Proven ability to manage quality, safety, cost and time independently
