Workskil Australia is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for our Mandurah site to support the Site Manager and ensure funded employment services are delivered effectively and in line with our Code of Conduct.
This full-time role offers a 9-day fortnight and salary packaging; you will mentor the site team, drive employer engagement, run pre-employment activities, and help meet placement and revenue targets while maintaining high customer service.
The Assistant Site Manager is responsible for supporting the Site Manager to ensure the effective and competent delivery of employment services at all times consistent with our funding requirements and Code of Conduct.
This position is being offered on a full time ongoing basis located at our Mandurah site.
You’ll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9-day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week. You will still receive the remuneration of a full time employee in addition to the ability to salary package.
