Job summary

DCOH is recruiting a Darwin-based Leading Hand to oversee site activities across residential and related projects. You will lead hands-on construction, supervise labour and trades, interpret plans and coordinate resources to meet safety and quality standards.

You will mentor team members, maintain housekeeping, and ensure PPE and safety procedures are followed at all times; a proactive, solutions-focused approach is essential.
