Job summary

Zeal Personnel in Perth is seeking a Site Lead for Commercial Roofing to supervise daily on-site activities, lead a crew, and ensure work is completed to program and safety standards. You will act as the senior on-site presence on Tier 1 and Tier 2 projects, coordinating with the Project Manager and operations teams.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, accurate reporting, and proactive management of resources and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-site crews to complete works safely and to spec on Tier 1 and Tier 2 projects.
• Translate construction program into daily site activity and coordinate crews, subcontractors, site access, materials and equipment.
• Represent the company professionally with builder site management and adhere to site rules and permit systems.
• Maintain a strong safety focus, particularly working at heights, and ensure quality workmanship and accurate site documentation.
• Identify variations, delays and site risks early and communicate impact.
• Prepare daily site reports and assist with quotations and resource allocation.

On offer is an ongoing permanent role. **About the role:** Leading a crew, the role will be responsible for the daily supervision and leadership on site, ensuring the works are completed in a timely manner with the quality and specifications required, all the while working in a safe manner The role is the company's senior onsite presence on Tier 1 and Tier 2 builder projects. Working under the direction of the Project Manager and with day to day support from the Project Operations, the Site Lead translates the construction program into daily site activity by coordinating crews, subcontractors, site access and the use of materials and plant on site. The Site Lead is the day to day point of contact for the builder's site management team and is responsible for representing the company professionally on site, complying with all builder site rules, inductions and permit systems.
