Job summary

Stafflink Workforce Management on the Gold Coast is seeking a reliable Site Labourer for a short-term contract commencing Tuesday 1 September. You’ll work alongside trades and production teams, assisting with general site duties and concrete-related tasks.

The role requires a strong work ethic, experience in site labouring or construction, a White Card, and the ability to follow safety procedures. Own transport is preferred as the site is not accessible by public transport.

Stafflink Workforce Management is a Queensland-based specialist in providing temporary and permanent recruitment services across a wide range of blue and white-collar industries.

We’re currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Site Labourer for a short-term contract with our client, commencing Tuesday 1 September.

About the Role

You’ll be working alongside trades and production teams, assisting with general site and concrete-related duties. Duties may include:

• General site labouring and manual handling
• Supporting trades with formwork, concreting and steel fixing tasks
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
• Following site procedures and safety requirements
• Performing other general labouring duties as required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous site labouring or construction experience
• Concrete, formwork or construction experience highly regarded
• Experience working in a fast-paced site environment
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour
• Own reliable transport – site is not accessible by public transport
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
• Must have full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Available to commence Tuesday 1 September
• White Card highly required
