Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking General Labourers and Casual Trade Assistants for a range of sites across the region. Earn $35.11 per hour plus 11.5% superannuation and a $22 daily travel allowance, with consistent weekly pay and immediate start.

What You'll Be Doing

• Warehouse fit‑outs and pallet racking installations
• Shopfitting and carpentry projects
• Demolition and strip‑out work
• General labouring across manufacturing and industrial sites
• Site clean‑ups and final cleans

Typical tasks include:

• Site preparation and clean‑up
• Wheelbarrowing materials
• Digging and trenching
• Lifting and carrying materials
• Packing and stacking
• Assisting qualified tradespeople
• General labouring duties as required

What We're Looking For

To join our team you must have:

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant
• Construction White Card

• Reliability and punctuality

PPE Requirements

You must supply your own PPE, including:

• Steel‑capped boots
• Safety glasses
• High‑visibility clothing
