Job summary

Australian Laboratory Services Pty Ltd (ALS) in Mount Isa is seeking a Site Governance Supervisor to lead safety culture, oversee hazard reporting and compliance, and work with Operations, HSE and Maintenance to keep people safe.

This full-time, hands-on role offers training, daily site inspections, risk assessment projects, and management of the HSE portal and playbooks to drive continuous improvement in a healthy, compliant operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk assessment projects with sectional leaders.
• Manage monthly HSE playbooks with Operations and HSE teams.
• Maintain the compliance tracker and HSE portal.

The role ALS Geochemistry has a newly created opportunity for a Site Governance Supervisor to join our Mount Isa operations. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our safety culture, working closely with Operations, HSE, and Maintenance teams to keep our people safe, our hazards managed, and our compliance on track. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about safety, loves working with people, and thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment. Full training is provided.

In this full-time role, your key responsibilities will include:
