Qualifications

• Must have a Statutory Supervisor Certificate (Section 26).
• Minimum 3 years of FIFO experience in supervisory role within facility management in mining industries is required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HR/IR requirements, OH&S principles and health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day facility management operations across Western Turner site.
• Lead and support operational personnel to achieve project objectives, KPIs, and service delivery requirements.
• Monitor resource allocation, plant, equipment, and fleet utilisation to maximise operational efficiency.
• Ensure project documentation, reports, and records are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide technical guidance and operational support to employees and subcontractors.
