You will manage contractors, site infrastructure, and budgets while driving continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Hands-on FM with contractor and fleet management experience.
Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety.
Experience managing budgets and capital projects.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.

Responsibilities

Oversee facilities services including cleaning, security, and waste management.
Lead contractor relationships to ensure service and compliance.
Manage maintenance programs and capital projects.
Ensure site safety, fire compliance, and emergency preparedness.
Oversee fleet management of ~125 vehicles.
Prepare and manage facilities budget and procurement.
