Job summary

CNH is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager based in St Marys, NSW to lead safe, compliant and efficient site operations. You’ll manage facilities, contractors, site infrastructure and a fleet of vehicles, while overseeing budgets and capital projects.

You’ll drive safety, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement across facilities, fleet and site support services in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on facilities professional with strong operational and strategic balance.
• Experience in facilities compliance, workplace safety and contractor management.
• Experience managing building maintenance, site infrastructure and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities services including cleaning, security, fire systems, waste management and grounds maintenance.
• Lead contractor and supplier relationships to ensure service, compliance and performance.
• Oversee maintenance programs and coordinate repair and improvement works.
• Monitor contractor performance, safety compliance and service delivery.
• Support site infrastructure projects and long-term facilities planning.
