Job summary

PBE Rutherford Mining is seeking an operational leader to oversee the site electrical workforce across NSW and Queensland projects. You will manage electricians, apprentices and trades teams, ensure safe, compliant execution, and align workforce capability with project needs.

Based at Tomago, you will report to the Projects Director, collaborate with Program Managers and site management, and move between office, workshop and sites to build credibility with trades and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical or trade-based workforces across multiple projects.
• Strong leadership and collaboration with project managers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee labour deployment and site execution across projects.
• Develop people and raise site standards and processes.
• Provide visible leadership on safety and efficiency.
