Job summary

John Holland Pty Ltd in Adelaide is seeking a Site Engineer for the Torrens to Darlington Alliance to support the delivery of the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor. You will work onsite and in the office, coordinating with the Project Engineer, Supervisors, contractors, and HSE teams to focus on safety, constructability, cost, quality, productivity and subcontractor performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Site engineering experience on major infrastructure or civil projects preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management tools.

Responsibilities

Ensure construction works comply with technical specs, legislation, approvals, and risk controls.
Assist in planning and programming site activities and support scheduling.
Contribute to on-site design implementation and constructability improvements.
Support project financial performance by managing budgets, subcontractor claims and variations.
Maintain accurate project documentation including drawings, registers, and reports.
Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards.
