Job summary

SEE Group is seeking an experienced Site Engineer or Project Engineer to join our Bundaberg team on urban projects. This full-time, locally based role may consider DIDO applicants.

You will provide planning, coordination and supervision of technical aspects, conduct QA, financial reporting and safety compliance, and work with stakeholders to meet deadlines while maintaining a constructive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
• Background in Engineering, Construction and Delivery processes and experience in actual project delivery
• Proven management skills, practices and planning ability
• Experience managing multiple tasks and prioritising
• Negotiating, evaluating and administering contracts, Australian standards
• Computer literacy with MS Excel and MS Project
• Strong planning, organising and problem-solving with leadership ability
• High attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Provide planning, coordination and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects
• Conduct quality assurance, project administration, financial reporting, and health & safety compliance
• Interact with external stakeholders for procurement
