Job summary

Unyte is building its pipeline of Site Engineers for Q1 2027 civil projects in Queensland. Based in Queensland with full Australian working rights, you’ll join a team delivering major earthworks, drainage and roads.

You’ll coordinate technical delivery across programming, quality, safety, procurement and subcontractor management, while developing client relationships and taking ownership of on-site activities. This is a hands-on, growth‑focused opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Proven civil construction experience across bulk earthworks, drainage, roads, with hands-on site delivery.
• Strong QA/ITP/RFI understanding and ability to interpret drawings.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and site activities.
• Comfort communicating with supervisors, engineers, subcontractors and clients.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the technical delivery of your project across programming, quality, safety, procurement and commercial support.
• Manage subcontractor coordination and client relationships.
• Get involved, solve problems and take ownership on site.
• Work closely with project and site leadership.
