Fulton Hogan in Tasmania is seeking a Site Engineer to support complex infrastructure projects across the region. You will work with subcontractors, manage site programs, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, have strong organisational and communication skills, and are ready to take ownership in a fast-paced environment. Local candidates in Tasmania preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and communication skills essential.
• Experience coordinating across subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Exposure to coordination of site activities and costs forecasts.

Responsabilités

• Procurement of project materials and support in subcontractor management.
• Lead initiatives in site safety, site quality, and environmental compliance.
• Develop and maintain construction programs and look-ahead schedules.
• Monitor productivity and costs to support milestone reporting.
• Assist with financial management including purchase orders and subcontractor progress claims.
