Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking experienced Site Engineers to support key water infrastructure projects. You will operate within a dynamic delivery team, interfacing with clients and communities while driving safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role requires a degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) and prior site engineering experience on utilities projects. You’ll collaborate across disciplines, implement plans, and contribute to delivering world-class utilities services across

Qualifications

A degree level qualification in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical).
Demonstrated experience in Site Engineering on construction projects (water infrastructure or utilities preferred).
Knowledge of project financial management, forecasting, procurement, design and contracts management.
Excellent communication skills and professional acumen.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work follows design and specifications.
Monitor site progress and ensure field compliance with supervision and subcontractors.
Assist with development of project schedules, updating production plans and weekly/monthly plans.
Assist with Scope of Works and contracts for subcontractors, manage variations.
Attend HAZOPs, SiD reviews and CHAIRs workshops as required.
Manage quality lots and ITPs during construction and commissioning.
