Job summary

Concentis in Townsville is recruiting a Site Engineer for a major disaster recovery project delivering critical transport infrastructure in the North Queensland region. The role focuses on QA, with you ensuring construction activities comply with quality, technical and project standards.

You will monitor documentation, manage QA records and work closely with contractors and project teams to address quality issues, reporting progress and supporting successful delivery on a Monday to Friday roster.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Engineer in civil infrastructure or roadworks.
• Strong knowledge of QA processes and construction documentation.
• Experience on government transport infrastructure projects.

Full Job Description

You will join a major disaster recovery project in the Townsville region, supporting the delivery of critical transport infrastructure works. As a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring construction activities meet required quality, technical and project standards.

Your focus will be heavily QA-oriented, working closely with project teams and contractors to monitor compliance, documentation and construction outcomes. This is a Monday to Friday opportunity offered initially on a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities
