Job summary

Pensar is seeking a capable and innovative Site Engineer to join our high performing Power team, delivering fit-for-purpose critical infrastructure and supporting resilient communities. You’ll coordinate across sites and play a key role in safe, efficient project delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering qualification with site or project experience in civil construction, utilities or infrastructure, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Previous site or project experience within civil construction, utilities or infrastructure.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, with Procore and CivilPro experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day delivery and coordination of project activities across multiple sites.
• Coordinate civil and electrical crews, subcontractors, plant and materials.
• Maintain project documentation, QA records and site registers while supporting safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Assist with interpreting drawings and specifications, cost tracking, variations and progress claims.

What You'll Be Doing
