About You
  • Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in civil construction since graduation.
  • Permitted to work in Australia.

  • Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills.
Skills & Responsibilities
  • Providing engineering and technical advice to supervisors and project staff.
  • Compiling comprehensive scope of works.
  • Planning and managing activities involving major subcontractors, suppliers and service providers.
  • Managing engineering quality inspections, testing and verification documentation, ensuring works comply with relevant designs and specifications.
  • Interface with design consultants.
  • Developing cost‑effective engineering solutions.
  • Tracking cost, productivity and quantities.
  • Reviewing non‑conformance and providing solutions.
  • Answering queries from client representatives regarding both general and technical issues.
  • Planning and scheduling of tasks.
  • Actively monitoring work practices to ensure adherence to correct standards and procedures for safety and environmental conformance.
