Job summary

Lee Group in Melbourne seeks a skilled construction project supervisor to manage end-to-end installation processes for infrastructure projects. You will coordinate procurement, crews, and packages to meet tendered scope while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong experience with project programmes, stakeholder management, and reporting on progress and costs. On-site leadership and compliance with OHS policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing construction jobs in Infrastructure jobs/tier 1 clients.
• Able to use project management software and interpret drawings.

Responsibilities

• Build Contract programme in conjunction with Contract Administrator and Lee Group Estimators to meet tendered scope and client expectations.
• Management of stakeholders including customers, suppliers, contractors and employees to ensure delivery to the contract programme.
• End to end management of installation process from procurement to package delivery for nominated projects.
• Effective supervision of construction crews.
• Completion of within budget and within time deadlines within strict quality guidelines.
• Management of packages to exceed customer expectations.
• Timely and effective reporting of project progress, costs and issues.
• Effective implementation of OHS Policy and Procedures on all projects.
• Maintain safety standards at all times.
• Carry out your role in accordance with all relevant legislation and organisation Code of Conduct and policies and procedures.
• Any other duties in accordance with your knowledge skill and ability.
