Job summary

DT Infrastructure is seeking Contracts Administrators to join our team delivering a major renewable energy project in North Queensland, with a site-based role in the Townsville region or FIFO from Brisbane on a 14 days on, 7 days off roster.

Working closely with the Commercial Manager and Contracts Manager, you'll manage subcontracts, procurement, cost control and commercial reporting from award through to completion to help ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
  • Experience as Contracts Administrator or in a commercial role within civil construction, infrastructure or renewable energy.
  • Knowledge of subcontract administration, procurement and contract management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Administer subcontracts, variations, progress claims and payment schedules.
  • Support procurement activities, tender evaluations and subcontract administration.
  • Maintain commercial registers, cost controls and project documentation.
  • Prepare contractual correspondence, notices and commercial reporting.
  • Build strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.

Profile description:
  • A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in a Contracts Administrator, Quantity Surveyor or commercial role within civil construction, infrastructure or renewable energy.
  • Knowledge of subcontract administration, procurement and contract management processes.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate commercial records.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across project teams.
