Job summary

NQM Gold 2 Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and experienced Site Cleaner to join our Charters Towers team. Based in Charters Towers, the role supports mining operations by maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable facilities for all site personnel.

This is a permanent full-time residential role with an 8 days on, 6 days off roster and 12-hour shifts. Bus-In, Bus-Out transport is provided from Charters Towers to site.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial or mine site cleaning experience
• Strong commitment to safety and workplace standards
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Residency in the Charters Towers region
• A current C Class driver\'s licence

Responsibilities

• Clean site offices, crib rooms, bathrooms and amenities
• Clean and changeover of small onsite camp accommodation
• Linen changes, room resets, and check-ins/check-outs
• Wash, dry, fold and sort workers\' uniforms
• General housekeeping and laundry duties as required
• Maintain cleanliness standards and follow site protocols

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Site Cleaner to join our close-knit team. Based in Charters Towers, this role supports our mining operations by maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable facilities for all site personnel.

This is a permanent full-time residential role, working an 8 days on, 6 days off roster with 12-hour shifts. Bus-In, Bus-Out (BIBO) transport is provided from Charters Towers to site.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning site offices, crib rooms, bathrooms, and amenities
• Cleaning and changeover of small onsite camp accommodation
• Linen changes, room resets, and check-ins/check-outs
• Washing, drying, folding, and sorting workers' uniforms
• General housekeeping and laundry duties as required
• Maintaining cleanliness standards and following site protocols

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous commercial or mine site cleaning experience
• A strong commitment to safety and workplace standards
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• The ability to work independently and follow directionResidency in the Charters Towers region
• A current C Class driver's licence

Mandatory Requirements

• Be able to pass a pre-employment medical assessment
• Successfully complete drug and alcohol testing
• Hold a current driver's licence
• Have the right to live and work in Australia
