Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking reliable Mine Site Cleaners to support Central Queensland operations around Moranbah, Dysart and surrounding areas. You will clean high-traffic communal buildings and facilities on mine sites, including offices, training rooms, crib huts, wash rooms, locker rooms and bath houses while adhering to safety standards.

This role involves long shifts (10-12 hours) on a 7x7 roster; accommodation and meals provided.

Qualifications

• Hold Current Australian Work Rights.
• Must have own reliable transport and a valid driver's license.
• Be willing to travel to Moranbah and surrounding areas.
• Have the ability to work in a fast paced, time-managed environment as part of a team.
• Be conditioned to the extreme weather in Central QLD.
• Have basic computer skills, and access to a computer for online training.
• Be able to pass a Pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol Test.
• Standard 11 Certificate (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of high traffic communal buildings and facilities on the mine site.
• Including but not limited too, offices, training rooms, crib huts, wash rooms, locker rooms and bath houses.
• Waste removal, power washing pathways and light grounds work.
• Physically demanding and active role, working 10-12 hour days.
