Overview

Integral Diagnostics (IDX) seeks an experienced full‑time Site Chief at our Sydenham clinic to lead a high‑performing imaging team, drive clinical excellence and deliver outstanding patient care in a dynamic radiology environment. This role will oversee imaging protocols, equipment standards and service quality across the site, manage daily operations, resources and workflows, and build relationships with referrers and service providers. The Site Chief will maintain licensing and accreditation, drive financial performance and growth, and foster continuous improvement through staff development and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA.

• Excellent decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.

• Professional and proactive relationship with attending radiologists, referrers and support staff.
